Attorney
Justin is a seasoned entrepreneur and attorney. After co-founding a dental MSO, he scaled it to 45 locations and sold to private equity. He then pivoted into a law practice centered around healthcare and business, with a focus on cosmetic surgery, dermatology and medical aesthetics. Justin’s experience with his own MSO gives him the rare ability to think like a true practice operator, as opposed to just an attorney. He and his firm have completed hundreds of M&A transactions and constructed complex corporate structures. He likes to say that he is an “advisor first, Attorney second.”
