Dr. Ozan Sozer is a board certified plastic surgeon practicing in El Paso, TX for24 years. He is the founder and president of El Paso Cosmetic Surgery. He has lectured and published in almost all aspects of aesthetic surgery. Over the last 10 years, his lectures mostly focused on facial aesthetic surgery. He has developed advanced gliding techniques and many maneuvers that are used in deep neck , facial and periorbital surgery.
He is the current chairman of educational council of ISAPS.
He has published multiple articles and book chapters and has given more than 300 invited lectures
