Dr. John Q. Cook is the Director and Founder of the Whole Beauty® Institute in Chicago and Winnetka, Illinois – a comprehensive practice of surgical and medical aesthetics.
He is a member of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Rush University Medical Center and is active in training plastic surgery residents and fellows. His surgical interests include facial rejuvenation surgery, structural breast surgery, and advanced techniques of body contour surgery.
Facial rejuvenation surgery is a major focus of Dr. Cook’s practice. He has performed several thousand facial procedures in his career and has combined fat transfer with face lifting for over 25 years. The majority of his facial rejuvenation surgeries are accomplished under local anesthesia.
