She has focused her career in multi-location healthcare companies, including Hospital Systems, Private Practice, Dental Organizations and in the MedSpa space. Holding executive roles, she has successfully scaled companies through de novo’s, effective integration of mergers & acquisitions, and organic growth. As a metrics driven executive, she strives to help clients identify opportunities within their segment for market growth, diversification and product development. Working well with diverse teams, Emily can quickly assess and identify meaningful ways to increase productivity, financial efficiencies and successful target marketing.
