Dr. Marco Faria Correa, a Brazilian Plastic Surgeon practicing in Singapore and Brazil, is a member of various international societies in Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, Microsurgery, Endoscopy & Robotic fields, and Abdominal Wall Hernia. He has dedicated his professional life to enhancing the Mini-Abdominoplasty technique, introducing innovative approaches such as Gasless Subcutaneous Endoscopy in 1991. His pioneering work in Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Body Contouring Surgery earned him recognition, including awards from ASPS and PSF in 1996. In 2015, he embraced Robotic Surgery for Minimally Invasive Rectus Plication, known as Robotic Abdominoplasty. Dr. Marco has received numerous international awards for advancing Mini-Abdominoplasty through Endoscopic and Robotic methods, with his MILA technique (Minimally Invasive Lipo-Abdominoplasty) gaining popularity among patients and fellow plastic surgeons.
